Our
Story
During our stint in the corporate sector, we interviewed many candidates for security roles and noticed a lack of technically proficient candidates who could analyze situations and communicate effectively. We rejected many candidates for each position due to insufficient technical skills, poor communication, or casual attitudes. This led us to conclude that the education system isn't adequately preparing individuals for cybersecurity roles, prompting the creation of WinCys. Our aim is to equip you with not just technical knowledge, but also essential skills like a security mindset, critical thinking, problem-solving, and aligning security with business, setting a strong foundation for success in your professional career.
